Mustafa Çağan
Mustafa Cagan was born in Istanbul, after graduating from German High School, he continued to Darmstadt Technical University in Germany and graduated from this school in 1987 as a Senior Industrial Engineer. After graduation Cagan turned back to Turkey and started his career in Koc group, first worked in Turkish Electrical Industry then Kofisa External Trade. In 1992 he passes to Turkish Siemens Cable company as Logistics Manager. He continued his career in Siemens in Siemens Management Consulting in Munich. In 1998 he came back to Turkey and assumed the Trade Director position in Energy segment of Siemens. In 2001, he passed to Siemens Business Services as Trade Director, then became General Manager. In 2006 he left Siemens and became BMO Director in Microsoft Turkey.
Cagan is married with one daughter, and speaks German and English.
Dilek Duman
Dilek Duman joined DenizBank Financial Services group as the Information Technologies Group Manager in 1997. After she worked as Intertech’s General Manager between 2004 and 2008, she has been working as COO of DenizBank A.S. since Junary 1, 2009.
She started her career in 1989 as a software engineer and she joined Intertech in 1993 as Technical Consultant. Mrs. Duman received her Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Bogazici Universitesi in 1990.
Dilek Duman is recently managing Intertech, Central Operations Group, Organization Group, CRM Group, Service Quality Group, Call Center Group and Card Payment Systems Group in DenizBank Financial Service Group.
Matt Berg
Matt Berg is a Senior Product Manager for the SharePoint Product Group at Microsoft Corporate in Redmond, Washington. Matt has worked with SharePoint for ten years having started as a SharePoint Portal Server 1.0 Administrator when he started working for Microsoft in 2001.
Prior to joining the SharePoint Product Group, Matt spent time working on Windows Phone, Microsoft Office, Technical Sales as well as WebTT. Matt currently resides in Seattle, Washington and is originally from Los Angeles, California.
Tejas Mehta
Tejas Mehta is Senior Product Manager in the SharePoint Product Group at Microsoft Corporation. Tejas is currently responsible for ISV strategy for Microsoft SharePoint. He previously spent five years in the Server and Tools division helping build out Microsoft’s Identity and Security businesses. Prior to Microsoft, Tejas held technology consulting positions at IBM Global Services and Vignette. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Geoffrey Edge
Geoffrey Edge is the Worldwide Technology Lead for Microsoft's Digital Marketing Platform team. Joining Microsoft in 2001 as part of the NCompass Labs acquisition, out of which were born the Web Content Management capabilities of SharePoint.
Geoffrey has over 12 years of experience with content management systems and has served as a subject matter expert for a variety of server products and technologies at Microsoft.
In his current role, Geoffrey is responsible for leading a worldwide team of Microsoft specialists and Microsoft partners who dream, design, architect and build next generation Digital Marketing solutions on SharePoint for Internet Sites.

Mike Fitzmaurice
Mike Fitzmaurice is the Vice President of Product Technology for Nintex www.nintex.com, a global company committed to delivering out-of-box productivity solutions built for and with SharePoint Technology, and is responsible for product direction, evangelism, technical marketing, and technical business strategy. Until May 2008, he had spent more than 10 years at Microsoft, the majority of that time working on Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server in roles including developer evangelism, competitive strategy, enterprise consulting, user education, product marketing, and technical event planning. Before joining Microsoft, Fitzmaurice served as Director of Research and Development at Advanced Paradigms Inc., a Washington, D.C. based Microsoft Solution Provider Partner, as well as a five-year tenure as IT Director of the National Association of Broadcasters.
Serkan Özönder
Serkan Özönder was born in Samsun at 04 March of 1969 and graduated from Middle East Technical University Food Engineering Department. He started as a Software Engineer at MNG Holding to his working life at Ankara, Turkey. He worked as a software Developer between 1994-2000 at Başak Insurance, EgeBank, EGSBank on Core Banking, Credit Cards and Insurance subjects. Between 2000-2003 He worked as business analyst on payment systems as team manager at AlternatifBank-Bileşim A.Ş. Than he worked as project manager on Halkbank and the ZiraatBank for payment Systems conversion – New Turkish Lira conversion - EMV projects between 2003-2006 at Bileşim A.Ş.
In 2007, Intertech, Inc. (DenizBank) Prescription Özönder joined as a software engineer and project manager in the New Payment System project and Moscow Dexia Retail Banking project. The last two years, under the Organization Department of DenizBank, He worked on Portal Management of DenizBank. He has achieved many successes on SharePoint 2010, FAST for SharePoint 2010 migrations, with many new SharePoint site and Corporate SharePoint Designer workflows projects as Team Manager/Designer. He’s married and father of a girl who speaks English.
Murat Üre
Murat Üre has started to work at Garanti Teknoloji in 1997, which is a subsidiary of Garanti Bank and provides IT services particularly to companies acting in banking and financial services and companies operating in the fields of automotive, construction, media and tourism sectors.He is currently working as Technical Architect at Garanti Teknoloji.
Mustafa Eğilmezbilek
Mustafa Eğilmezbilek graduated from Bilkent University Computer and Informatics Engineering department and taken MSc degree from New York Syracuse University Engineering Management department in 1996.
Eğilmezbilek started his career at Computer Associates in Object Oriented Database Development project in 1996. In 1999, he joined Media Matrix, which is a marketing reseach company identifying users’ manner in internet, as Sr Software Developer. After Media Matrix was acquired by comScore, he joined Systemaxin the same year and had key role in development of the Product Profit Center Software. The product had success and Eğilmezbilek became Vice President in the new company called Profit Center.
Mr Eğilmezbilek has returned Turkey in 2006 and joined TAV as Product Manager. In 2009, he joined THY. Mr Eğilmezbilek has great interest in aviation and he is married and has two children.
İlker Can
İlker Can, born in İstanbul, after graduating from Özel Fatih Fen Lisesi, continued to Boğaziçi University and taken BS and MSc degrees form Computer Engineering department. Mr Can started his professional career at “Escort Yazılım” and specialized in Microsoft technologies mainly. Then, İlker Can joined Bizitek. At Bizitek, he worked as project manager and took part in projects in which Microsoft Commerce Server, Content Management Server, Project Server products are used. Mr Can has also experinece at insurance and logistics sectors. Then, he joined Inveon as Software Development Manager. Finally, since 2009, he continues his career as Shared Services Manager at THY.
İlker Can is married and has a 3 year old daughter.
Nilay Aydoğan
Nilay Aydoğan is working at Turkcell since 2006. After assuming different roles as a business analyst within IT department, currently she’s head of an IT product management team, dealing with enterprise applications related to Information, process and learning management systems.
Aydoğan has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Boğaziçi University MIS (Management Information Systems) discipline and has over 8 years of experience on process desgin, business analysis, product/project & team management.
Murat Akbar
Murat Akbar is working at Turkcell as business analyst since 2008. He is responsible mainly from Internet web portals. Turkcell.com.tr and mobilsirket.com are two of those.
Akbar has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Marmara University Environmental Engineering and taken MBA degree from Yeditepe University. Akbar has over 10 years of experience on development, project management and business analysis.
Ahmet Şentürk
Ahmet Şentürk is the Senior Manager in Pfizer Emerging Markets Europe regional Business Technologies team working as the Solution Center Lead.
He has graduated from Bogazici University Computer Engineering at 2001 and has a MS degree in the same field. After joining Pfizer, he has worked in several positions including Application Development Specialist, ERP Specialist, Corporate Applications Manager and works in his current role since 2009.
As the BT Regional Solution Center Lead, he is responsible for developing strategies, delivering and managing solutions in various domains like corporate applications, portals, BI, B2B and digital marketing for 12 markets in EME region including Turkey, Russia and Poland. Also, he has additional managerial roles in regional / global BT projects of Pfizer.
Sezay Demirbacak
Sezay Demirbacak joined Pfizer 4 years ago and currently work as a Solution Manager in Pfizer Europe regional team. He is mainly responsible for multi-market BI projects and solutions. His main responsibilities include project management, application & support management and architectural designs.
Nikos Anagnostou
Nikos Anagnostou is working since December 2008 as a Senior Enterprise Technology Strategist of Business Productivity in Microsoft’s World Wide Enterprise Competitive Sales team (also known as CATM) and covers the EMEA time zone. In his role he acts as a liaison between customers, partners, sales teams and the product groups at Microsoft.
He supports them by delivering vision, defining strategy, optimizing the use and integration of Microsoft technology. With his broad Portal, Collaboration and Enterprise Content Management market knowledge, his experience on enterprise solutions and his early involvement on Microsoft’s Online Services and Cloud offerings, Nikos is a welcomed speaker in Executive Customer Briefings, Customer and Partner events.
Peter Mendelsohn
Peter Mendelsohn works as a Principal Systems Consultant in the Windows Management space at Quest Software GmbH, Germany. His primary focus are solutions for MS SharePoint and Exchange, areas in which he has gained significant experience and knowledge. He also leads the German technical Notes Compete team at Quest.
Before joining Quest, Peter worked for a global systems integrator, where he carried out a number of Active Directory and Exchange projects as technical lead.
Onur Görür
Onur Görür is the Office and Information Worker Business Group Lead at Microsoft Turkey. He is responsible for developing and execution of local strategies for Microsoft business productivity solutions such as communication and collaboration, project management and cloud services. He has been working for Microsoft Turkey for the last nine years.
Görür has a B.Sc. degree of Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Univeristy and an MBA degree from Sabanci University. He was born in 1979, is married and have one daughter.

Atalay Aktaş
Atalay Aktaş is Product Marketing Manager responsible for Business Productivity Platform including Office, SharePoint, Exchange, Lync, Project and Visio in Microsoft Turkey. Graduated from METU Computer Engineering on 1996, got her MSc. degree from the same department on 1998. On 2004 she got M.A. degree on Economics&Finance from Bosphorus University. Since 1996, she has worked with database and database related solutions for different companies. Tamir Kessel

Berk Cansız
Berk Cansiz is the Technology Solutions Professional for Office 365. He has recently re-joined Microsoft family after working as a System Administrator for a Telco company for several years.
Berk has over 10 years of experience with Productivity solutions, System design and integration.

Mehmet Uner
Mehmet Uner has graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 2001 as a Computer Engineer. After that, he received his Masters degree from Bogazici University’s Engineering and Technology Management Department. Currently he is studying in Yeditepe University for his phd degree.
Mehmet Uner, who has started his professional life at Finansbank Information Technologies Department as a system architect in 2002, has continued his career as security specialist at IBTECH in 2005.
